What times are there activities in the Kids Zone ?
The Children's Activity Area Friday 4-7pm Saturday 11am-6pm
Kids Zone Tent (located outside of gated area)
Saturday Only: 2 face painters creating awesome designs for the children sponsored by Arden Park Dental. Please note lineups may be long and there will be break times allotted.

Do I have to pay for access to Food Trucks and Vendors?
Stratford Live Music & Food has free access to the food truck and vendors along Veterans Drive with the Kids Zone located before the gates.
What do I have to pay to get into the fenced area of the event?
Daily general admission for the weekend is very reasonable to hear multiple bands performing for only $35 Weekend Pass, $15 Friday, $25 Saturday
(12+ under free)
Weekend Pass and Daily Admission passes purchased online or at the gate (cash, debit, credit) until sold out/at capacity.
Admit One Day Passes (offered as promotion to sponsors) do not guarantee entry if at capacity
NO tickets sold for individual bands/artist only
The fenced area is a licensed event.
NO Backpacks allowed in fenced area
What happens if it rains?
The SLMF is a rain or shine event with the exception of lightening storm expect delays or cancellation.. Bring an umbrella and/or rain poncho.
Can I purchase food?
We have many food vendors offering a variety of food on Food & Vendors Alley (Veterans Drive) Welcome to bring the food back to the gated area when listening to the music. Stratford Scouts are selling pop and water.
A water bottle refilling station is located at the he Boathouse public washroom area.
What should I bring?
The event has a tented area with tables and chairs but feel free to bring your own lawn chairs too. If the day is sunny, bring a hat and some sunscreen. If the day looks grey, bring an umbrella and catch some exciting entertainment in the rain. Hearing protection is recommended for the little ones.
No backpacks allowed.
All bags/coolers brought into the gated area are subject to inspection
No outside alcohol permitted.
We also encourage all to bring their “dancing feet”.
Do you have accessible washrooms?
Yes, there are accessible portable toilets at the event as well as the Boathouse public washroom is available for all needs.
What are the Event & City Of Stratford Rules?
- No pets allowed (certified service dogs exempted- must show certification) in gated area but allowed anywhere else
- No outside alcohol
- No alcohol consumed outside of the fenced area
- No fireworks
- Do not leave children unattended
- No riding skateboards, bikes or recreational scooters in vendors , food truck and fenced areas.
- Bikes are to be kept outside the gate, please bring your lock.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit & credit cards as well as cash. We have an ATM on site.
Do I need to keep my wristband on?
YES!!! DO NOT REMOVE YOUR ADMISSION WRISTBAND if:
-Daily admission: you leave the gated area and are planning to return that day
-Weekend Passes, wristbands are valid for duration of the event.
Replacement wristbands will not be provided.
Must purchase another admission fee to return to the gated area if removed.
What time are the bands on?
Our poster reads with the Headliner on top as our last band/musician performing.
Most bands/musicians start approximately on the hour with the exception of last.
Arrive early and enjoy the great tunes throughout the event.
