Sponsorship Opportunities for our “Here Comes The Sun” Festival

We know that you may not be thinking about summer but our volunteer committee is

already planning Stratford Live Music & Food 2022. 

Please come join us as a Sponsor and

help support one of the most popular city events of the year!

Our goal is to supply a high-quality music festival for people, and their families, to enjoy

and have a wonderful experience that will be memorable. The people of Stratford, and

from surrounding communities, are ready to be entertained! They want to hear live music

and enjoy some fabulous food being outdoors under the sun!

How can you help?

•  Be an Event Sponsor
•  Be an Entertainment Sponsor
• Sponsor a specific Band or Performer that you know, or that you would like to support!

What are the key benefits of being a Sponsor?

• We will promote your company through our social media and all printed materials including a pamphlet that everyone will receive at admission to the festival.
• We will put you on our annual poster that will be on display to the public for 3 weeks prior to the festival. You may display one in your place of business.
• Your company name and logo will appear on the stage if you are an entertainment sponsor.
• Your name will be displayed on our donor banner that everyone will see during the festival.
• You and your friends will enjoy the festival with some free tickets!

help keep Stratford Live Music & Food alive and successful for all of us to enjoy in the
